By blending the precision of his background as a U.S. Army Persian language analyst with the soulful, seasonal ingredients of the Mediterranean and beyond, he crafts dining experiences that are as technically refined as they are culturally resonant. For Brett Rudman, the kitchen has always been a place of connection. His journey began at age ten, cooking for community-focused nonprofits alongside his mother. By fifteen, he was already in a professional kitchen, beginning a path that would lead him through more than fourteen diverse culinary environments—from classic New York delis to the intricate traditions of Persian and Arabic cuisine.
Following his service in the U.S. Army as a Persian language analyst and instructor, Brett found a unique way to blend culture and craft. He didn't just teach a language; he taught traditions, using food as a bridge to deepen human connection.
Today, through Bresky Arman’s, Brett has traded the traditional restaurant "bricks and mortar" for something more personal. He brings the refined intensity of a professional kitchen directly to your table, combining military-grade precision with the sincere hospitality that first inspired him as a child.
